WellOne’s fall fundraiser, “Stand Up for Good Health” received great reviews. Held on September 26, 2018, the fundraiser featured performances by Brian Beaudoin, Ray Harrington and Ben Smith and a 50-50 raffle.

Proceeds from the event will go toward WellOne’s “Facilities and Restoration Fund.” This fund focuses on projects such as maintenance/repairs to building exteriors, including roofs, interior remodeling, utility systems maintenance, security and computer upgrades, and projects that improve facility access for mobility-impaired individuals.

WellOne’s Neighborhood Health Station Holds Open House

WellOne welcomed the community to view their newly-opened health center in North Scituate at an Open House on April 22, 2017. Visitors scheduled appointments with providers, enjoyed refreshments including freshly popped pop corn, toured the facility and received some nifty giveways. Representatives from The Scituate Health Alliance and The Scituate Prevention Partnership also attended.

Cosmic Bowling Fundraiser – January 27, 2017

Staff, management and board members of WellOne enjoyed an evening of exercise, friendly competition and comradery on January 27 at the Town Hall Bowling Lanes in Johnston. Ten teams of six competed against one another to raise money for the organization. A good time was had by all. Here are some photos from the evening.

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care ‘s annual fundraising event was held on April 15 at the Alpine Country Club in Cranston. Nearly 200 guest attended to support WellOne and its efforts to purchase a generator for the North Kingstown office. WellOne greatly appreciates the support from our business community and gives a BIG SHOUT OUT for our sponsors.

Generating Healthy Rhode Islanders April 10, 2015

The historic Roger Williams Park Casino provided the perfect backdrop for WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care’s annual signature event, “Generating Healthy Rhode Islanders,” on April 10. Organized to raise funds for an emergency generator for their North Kingstown health center, the event attracted over 150 guests. Gross proceeds amounted to approximately $30,000 and net proceeds came to approximately $15,000.

Summer Recap-2014

For some organizations, summer may be a slow time of the year. But at WellOne, summer means fairs, festivals and community outreach. This past summer, WellOne participated in the Burrillville Family Fun Day, Foster Old Home Days and the Foster Baptist Church Health Fair. In July, WellOne celebrated the expansion of the North Kingstown facility with a ribbon cutting event that attracted over 60 people and in September, WellOne held a fundraising event at The Comedy Connection that garnered a lot of laughs, good will and even some profit.
