WellOne Launches Commemorative Brick Campaign

February 16th, 2011

WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care, in conjunction with the medical facility expansion of its center in Pascoag, is constructing a red brick walkway in front of the center on Bridge Way to commemorate over a century of serving local patients and residents.

Dedicate a personally engraved brick on the path to honor a friend, family member, colleague, pet, or anyone else that you would like to acknowledge, either past or present. Bricks can also reflect a special birthday or anniversary or even a favorite saying.

Bricks may be purchased for $50 each with up to 3 lines of inscription (18 characters/line, including spaces and punctuation). Multiple brick purchases are welcome but quantities are limited, and all orders must be received by April 1st.

Order forms are available here:

Payment may be made in person or mailed to: WellOne Primary Medical and Dental Care, P.O. Box 312, 36 Bridge Way, Pascoag, RI 02859.
